The profiles of the architects are almost as fascinating as their houses—I kept flipping back to compare how their personal spaces mirror their design philosophies. Twenty homes is a solid sweep across continents, and the photography makes you feel like you're walking through each door.
Twenty diverse homes, each with the architect’s own story woven in—I ended up reading it cover to cover in one sitting. The photos are sharp and the floor plans give real insight into how each space works. Definitely worth the money for anyone into design.
I was a little worried it would be all glossy photos and no substance, but the way each chapter ties the architect’s design philosophy to how they actually live in the space is genuinely insightful. The twenty homes give it real global variety, too.
