我們的橄欖木設計以小批量方式製作，由突尼西亞工匠僅使用修剪下來的橄欖樹枝或枯木樹幹進行雕刻。這確保了不會損害結果實的樹木，並讓這些原本會被廢棄的木材透過這些作品獲得第二次生命。
The grain on these servers is absolutely gorgeous, and they feel solid enough to last for decades in my kitchen drawer. I love that they're non-porous too, so they wiped clean easily after a heavy vinaigrette dressing.

The wood feels solid and well-balanced in hand, and the carving on the handles is clean, but they're a bit heavier than I expected for tossing a big salad. They work fine for serving, though I wish the finish was a touch smoother around the edges.
