The dark amber tint catches the light beautifully when I pour a negroni, and the thick base makes it feel steady in the hand. I've used them for everything from wine to whiskey since they arrived, and they've held up fine in the dishwasher.
The weight of these glasses feels substantial in the hand, and the subtle nod to Greek architecture in the stem makes them a conversation piece when I have people over. They've held up fine in regular hand washing so far, though I'd be nervous about the dishwasher.
The amber color is even richer in person, and the glass feels beautifully weighted without being too heavy. I love that it works just as well for a bold cocktail as it does for a quiet glass of wine, and the ancient-inspired shape makes it feel special every time I use it.
