Small in footprint, yet striking in presence, the Opus Small Candle Holder reimagines brutalist forms through the classic elegance of marble. Designed to hold medium-sized pillar candles, its sculptural shape draws attention to the natural beauty of the material itself. Subtle details — like softly contoured edges — speak to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
The way the light catches the veining in the nougat marble is stunning—it’s a tiny piece of sculpture that anchors my whole dining table. Holds a medium pillar candle perfectly, and the weight gives it a real sense of permanence.
It’s genuinely heavier than I expected for such a small piece, which makes it feel far more substantial on the shelf. The nougat marble has a warm, creamy tone that catches the light nicely, and my pillar candle sits perfectly level in the recess.
The cutout on top is carved so cleanly that my pillar candle sits perfectly level, and the wavy marble base adds just enough weight to feel solid without taking over the table. It's genuinely small, but the nougat tone makes it look like a tiny sculpture even when unlit.
