The grain on this spatula is absolutely stunning, and I love how the angular edge digs into pan corners without scratching. It’s already starting to warm up in color after just a few uses, which makes me excited to see how rich it gets over time.
I’ve only had this a week but the wood already feels warmer and more golden than when it arrived, which is exactly what I hoped for. It’s surprisingly sturdy when flipping pancakes, and the non-porous surface wiped clean with zero staining after I used it with tomato sauce.
The angle on this spatula is perfect for scraping down saucepans, and the wood is noticeably denser than my old bamboo ones. I've only had it a week, but the grain is already starting to warm up in color, which is exactly what the description promised.
