It sits on my counter like a little sculpture, but the hand-thrown shape is still practical enough for everyday pouring. The sunlit cream glaze feels warm and smooth, and knowing it was made in Portugal adds to its quiet charm.
It’s tall and narrow enough to pour without dripping, and the sunlit cream glaze catches light beautifully in the morning. I keep it on the counter just to look at it when it’s not holding water.
The cream glaze is even softer in person than in the photos, and the sculptural shape makes it feel like a little piece of art on my counter. I’ve used it for water and for flowers, and it holds just the right amount for both.
