Verity Kizek
The paper-cut detail is so delicate up close, with those botanical layers casting a subtle shadow that changes through the day. It perfectly captures that eerie, playful feeling of the garden watching you back. Already caught myself staring at it longer than the actual plants outside.
I hung it above my desk and honestly catch myself staring at it more than my work — the way the flowers and leaves seem to watch you back is such a clever, playful concept. The paper-cut layers give it real depth up close, and it arrived in perfect condition, ready to frame.
The layered paper-cut detail is even more intricate in person, and the way the leaves seem to curve toward you makes it feel alive. Every time I walk past it in the hallway, I catch myself stopping to look at it again.
