「從小時候開始，造訪別人家總是與某種香氣連結。我的父親常把我扛在肩上，我們每晚都會去不同人家吃晚餐。在前往每個地方的路上，我們會聞到數百種花朵的香氣，與伊斯坦堡溫暖的夜晚交織。從那時起，我了解到每個地方都有記憶——一種帶有香氣的記憶。聖拉斐爾是法國的一個地方，靠近我去年夏天學習調香的地方。它也是裝在香水瓶裡的溫暖芬芳地中海空氣的感受。豐沛、縈繞且充滿喜悅，如同粉紅色的夾竹桃花。」——Shenol Kizek。
為了向工藝致敬，Saardé 共同創辦人 Shenol Kizek 前往世界香氛聖地——法國蔚藍海岸的格拉斯小鎮。在當地調香學院的工藝大師指導下，他創作了他的前兩款香水——伊斯坦堡與聖拉斐爾。
