The wood is solid and dense, so cracking walnuts feels effortless without the tool flexing. I’ve already used it a dozen times this week and it’s held up perfectly, plus the natural color is already starting to deepen a bit.
Cracked through a dozen walnuts last night and the grip feels perfectly balanced in my hand. The olive wood is already showing that warm, rich grain I was hoping for, and it's held up without a single splinter.
I was a little worried it would feel flimsy, but this one's got real heft and the olive wood is beautifully smooth. It cracked through a bag of pecans without a single splinter, and the non-porous surface wiped clean in seconds. Looking forward to seeing how the color deepens over time.
