It’s heavier than I expected, which actually makes it feel substantial and well-made on the counter. The carved, basalt-inspired shape holds a nice mix of fruit without everything rolling together, and the glossy resin surface wipes clean in seconds.
It’s surprisingly hefty for its size, which makes it feel like a real sculptural piece on the counter rather than just a bowl. The resin has a smooth, cool finish that catches the light nicely, and the shape holds a full bunch of bananas without them rolling around.
The carved ridges feel great under my fingers, and it holds a full pile of apples without tipping. It's heavy enough to feel solid but not clunky. The dark jade color makes it look like a museum piece on my counter, which I honestly didn't expect for a fruit bowl.
