The soft, organic edge is what sold me—it makes the bowl feel like a small sculpture on my table. I use it for salads mostly, and the raised form keeps everything neatly contained without that heavy ceramic clunk.
The raised edge gives my soups a more deliberate, slower-eating pace, and the organic curve along the rim feels lovely under the fingers. It’s got a quiet weight to it that makes the table feel more composed.
It’s taller than I expected, which makes it feel like a little sculpture on the table, and the soft rim is lovely to rest your hand on. The handcrafted surface has subtle unevenness that gives it character.
