The layered paper-cut style gives this piece real depth—from across the room it looks like a shadow box, but up close you can see every tiny leaf and stem. It’s made me pause and grin every time I walk past, like the garden really is watching me.
I keep catching myself staring at the botanical cutouts longer than I planned—the layers really do give it that sense of the garden watching back. It’s the second in the series and the Scandinavian paper-cutting style is so crisp, it fits perfectly in my reading nook.
