Natural cotton yarn beautifully mixed with black speckles. The yarn in this throw is boiled and then twisted together before weaving to create the cosy crinkled texture of this piece.
The crinkled texture from the boiled, twisted yarn is what sold me — it looks way more expensive than it was. Been using it as an extra layer at the foot of the bed and it's somehow both breathable and warm. The little black speckles against the natural cotton are such a nice touch.
Threw this over the armchair and it instantly warmed up the corner of my living room. The black speckles mixed into the natural cotton give it a really nice handmade look, and the weave feels substantial without being heavy.
The crinkled texture from the boiled twisted yarn is what sold me, it looks way more interesting draped over my sofa than the flat throws I've had before. It's lighter than I expected but still keeps me warm during evening reading sessions.
