The reversible linen side is what sold me — it's got that washed, slightly textured look that keeps the velvet from feeling too fancy. Been using it behind my lower back on the couch every night since it arrived.
The feather insert makes this thing way more supportive than my old poly-filled bolster, and the velvet side is genuinely plush. I flip it to the linen back when I want something cooler to lean against on the couch.
