I was nervous the resin would feel cheap, but it's surprisingly solid and well-balanced in the hand. The dark jade swirls are even prettier in person and every cut through a soft brie comes out clean. So glad I grabbed this one before the pattern sold out.

The handle has a nice weight to it, and the dark jade marble pattern really does look like a tiny piece of art on the counter. I’ve already used it for a soft brie and a hard cheddar, and it cuts both cleanly without bending.

The marble finish is genuinely pretty and feels smooth in the hand, though the blade is a bit thicker than I'd like for precise slicing. Still, it's a solid, unique-looking knife that does the job for softer cheeses.
