The grain on this one is absolutely gorgeous, and it feels so solid in my hand. I love that it's non-porous, so I don't have to worry about it soaking up flavors or smells from whatever I'm cooking.
This one's my go-to for flipping anything delicate now. The olive wood is surprisingly dense and smooth, yet the slotted design still lets oil drain off perfectly.
