The stone washing really does the trick—this nutmeg towel is unbelievably soft right out of the package, almost like a worn-in favorite. It soaked up a spilled glass of water in one quick pass and dried fast enough to hang back up in no time.
Dried a whole load of dishes and wiped down the counters without it getting soaked through, which surprised me. The fabric has a nice, soft hand feel from the wash, and it’s already loosened up nicely.
The stone washing really does make it feel broken-in from the first use, so flexible and soft against my hands. Dries dishes fast without leaving that weird lint film, and the nutmeg shade hides coffee stains better than my old white towels.
