I've been using this behind my lower back on the couch every evening and the vintage wash linen side is so soft against my skin. Flipping it to the velvet side gives a totally different look, which is a nice bonus I didn't expect.
The feather insert makes this thing ridiculously plush, way better than the cheap foam bolsters I've had before. The vintage wash linen side has a nice texture that doesn't pill, and the velvet side is soft enough that I keep it on the couch just to lean against.
