The slipcover came off easily for a wash and went right back on, which was my main worry with a linen headboard. It’s got just enough padding to feel cozy when I sit up with a book, and the natural color has warmed up my whole room.
The linen texture adds exactly the relaxed, elevated feel I was after, and the padded headboard is firm enough to lean against while reading. Slipcover comes off easily for washing, which is a huge plus for keeping it fresh.
The slipcover is what sold me—being able to unzip and wash the linen instead of wrestling a whole headboard is such a relief. It’s added that relaxed, textured look to my room without feeling stiff or hotel-like.
