I flip it to the linen side when I want that casual, worn-in look on the couch, and the nutmeg color is warmer in person than on screen. The featherdown insert keeps it plump without needing to be fluffed constantly.
The velvet side is ridiculously soft and the featherdown insert keeps it plump instead of flattening out like my old cushions. I've been using it on the couch for lower back support, and the linen backing actually breathes so it doesn't get sweaty.
The velvet side feels like a proper luxury treat, and I love that I can flip it to the linen when I want a more casual look. The featherdown insert gives it just the right squish for leaning against on the sofa.
