I've been using this teaspoon daily for my morning tea and it hasn't stained or absorbed any odors, which is impressive for wood. The grain on mine is gorgeous, totally different from the last one I saw in a friend's kitchen.

The olive wood feels noticeably denser than my old beech spoons, and the grain on mine is gorgeous. It doesn't hold onto garlic or onion smells at all, which is why I keep reaching for it when I'm cooking.

I’ve been using this spoon for a few weeks now and it still looks as good as the day it arrived. The non-porous surface makes cleanup a breeze, and I love that each one is truly one of a kind.
